Lizzy-Ann Kwagbedzi is the Group Chief Executive Officer of McDan Group of Companies, where she leads the strategic transformation and sustainable growth of one of Africa's leading indigenous conglomerates. A Chartered Management Consultant, Project Management Professional (PMP), and Certified Executive Leadership Coach, she brings extensive expertise in corporate governance, organisational transformation, operational excellence, and strategic leadership. She holds an MBA in Leadership and Sustainability from the University of Cumbria, United Kingdom, a Professional Executive Master's in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Sustainable Development and Diplomacy. Prior to joining McDan Group, she served as Deputy CEO of Gamey and Gamey Group, and Country Director of Berkha Africa, a leading pan African Consortium advising governments, financial institutions, and multinational organisations across Africa. She has shaped policy, led complex business and labour negotiations, and built leadership capacity at the highest levels across West Africa and beyond. Passionate about building resilient, future-ready institutions, Lizzy-Ann is driving McDan Group's next phase of growth through innovation, governance excellence, regional expansion, and sustainable value creation, positioning the Group as a globally competitive African enterprise.
